UPDATE: GREEN BUILDING PROFESSIONALS CERTIFICATE PROGRAM HAS NEW START DATE

The Winter 2010 session of the USGBC-Redwood Empire Chapter's Green Building Professional Certificate Program has moved its start date to Saturday, February 6. The date was postponed in order to provide a a more convenient start for the 6-month program.

In one Saturday per month, learn about site development, energy, materials and resources, indoor environmental quality and more. Expand your knowledge and career opportunities, and get an excellent overview of the core green building issues that can prepare you to pass the LEED Green Associate exam.

Longview’s program also helps you get a jump start on your professional development in 2010, as our 42-hour course meets Continuing Education Unit requirements for the AIA, USGBC and Build It Green.

Our instructors, Bruce Hammond and Pete Gang, are green building veterans, the material covered in class is eye-opening and mind-broadening, and our afternoon organic chocolate breaks are infamous!

*We are offering our early registration rate of $1200 through the first class in February, which is a savings of $195 off the regular tuition rate. This cost breaks down to $200 per all-day session, and includes a complimentary lunch and free parking. A three-payment installment plan is available.
